MINIMUM DELIVERY
Please note that we have a minimum delivery requirement. Please check with our sales team what this will be for your area.
RETURNS & UPLIFTS
Our drivers are not authorised to accept goods for return without either authorised documentation or authority from the sales office. However, damaged, or incorrect items can be returned on the day of delivery with the delivering driver. Fresh products and chilled or frozen meats from previous deliveries cannot be authorised for return in any circumstances.
SHORTAGES
Shortages do happen from time to time and Kater 4 cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver all goods ordered. If a particular product is out of stock then we will endeavour to find a suitable alternative or inform you when we will be able to receive the goods ordered.
The exact number of goods delivered must be checked in the presence of the delivering order. Claims for shortages must be made at the time of delivery, otherwise any claim becomes void.
DELIVERY CHARGE
Emergency deliveries made off your arranged day may be subject to a charge that will be agreed at time of ordering. Failure to take a delivery or give adequate delivery instructions that result in a second delivery may also incur a charge of £20
